Finished length and design details
- Requested finished front length: high shoulder point beside the base of the neck to front hem
- For a high-low style: requested finished back length from the corresponding high shoulder point to back hem
How to measure
- Measure over the undergarments you normally wear, with a soft tape comfortably snug, not tight. Keep circumference measurements level.
- Bust: around the fullest part. Natural waist: where the body bends at the waist. Full hip: around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
- Circumferences are full measurements around the body, never half-widths. Shoulder width is across the back from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.
- Arm length starts at the shoulder tip, not at the neck. Keep the elbow slightly bent. Dress and top lengths start at the high shoulder point beside the base of the neck; trouser and skirt lengths start at the top of the intended waistband.
- Use one unit throughout and label it cm or inches. If a measurement is unclear, contact us rather than guess.
