Shehna Hussain is a brand of Fashion By Shehna for Ladies Wears Tailoring & Embroidery, licensed in Dubai (E-Trader Licence No. 1020673). Every piece is made to order in our atelier, so please read this policy before placing your order.

1. Made to order

Most pieces are made only after your order is confirmed, to your measurements or to the standard size you choose. Because each piece is made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

2. Wrong item or manufacturing defect

If you receive the wrong item, or your piece has a manufacturing defect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email mail@shehna.com or WhatsApp +971 50 124 2145 with clear photos and a short description.

Once we confirm the issue, we will repair or remake your piece. If neither is possible, we will refund you in full. We cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Fit and measurements

Custom pieces are made to the measurements you provide, or that we take through our 3D body scan or an in-person fitting. A piece made correctly to those measurements is not considered defective. Please check your measurements carefully before confirming your order.

4. Standard-size pieces (S, M, L)

Some designs, including our mesh sporty abayas, are available in S, M and L only and cannot be made to custom measurements.

If you ordered a standard size (S, M or L) and it does not fit, you may exchange it for a different standard size within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. The customer covers shipping for size exchanges. This does not apply to pieces made to custom measurements or personalised in any way.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge until production begins. Contact us as soon as possible. If your piece has not yet gone into production, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Once production has begun, we retain 50% of the order value to cover fabric and labour, as the piece cannot be resold.

6. Condition of returned items

Items returned or exchanged under this policy must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached, except where the fault itself prevents this.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirming the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item was wrong or defective.

8. Pieces bought from our stockists

Pieces bought from boutiques that stock Shehna Hussain, in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or elsewhere, are covered by that boutique's own returns policy. Please contact the boutique directly. Personalisation, such as length or sleeve changes, is available only on orders placed directly with us.
