Every piece is made for one woman. Nothing waits on a shelf, and nothing is cut until we know who will wear it. It is how we have worked since 2010, because modest fashion should fit the woman, not the other way round.

How it works

1. Choose your piece. Browse the collections and select the design you love.

2. Share your measurements. Choose the way that suits you best:

• 3D body scan. We send you a secure link to our AI-powered 3D body scanning tool. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully, and it captures your measurements from your phone camera. Your photos are not shared with us; we receive only a 3D body model and your measurements.
• In-person fitting. Prefer to be measured in person? Visit our atelier by appointment. Book a fitting.
• Your own measurements. If you already know them, email or WhatsApp them to us after placing your order.
• Standard sizes. Prefer to keep it simple? Choose S, M or L, and we will make your piece to that size. See our Size Chart.

3. Made in our atelier. Your piece is cut, stitched and finished by hand in our atelier, with embroidery and detailing done by our own team. Regular pieces take 7 to 14 working days. Embroidered pieces, including SUKOON, take a little longer, as every stitch is worked by hand.

4. Delivered to you. Once your piece is ready, we deliver it to your door.

• Free delivery across the UAE when your order is AED 1,000 or more.
• For orders under AED 1,000, UAE delivery costs AED 20.
• We also deliver worldwide for a flat fee of AED 150.

Personalisation

Most pieces can be tailored to you. You are welcome to adjust the length and sleeve length, and choose your lining colour. Simply let us know when you share your measurements.

A few designs are cut in a way that works only in standard sizes. Our mesh sporty abayas, for example, are available in S, M and L only and cannot be made to custom measurements. Where this applies, it is noted on the product page.

Exchanges and returns

Pieces made to your measurements cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If you ordered a standard size (S, M or L), you may exchange it for another standard size within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn with tags attached.

If you receive the wrong item or notice a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right. Read our full Exchange Policy.
