Every Shehna Hussain piece is made to order in our atelier. Please allow time for your piece to be made before it is shipped.

Production time

Most orders are made and ready to ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Custom or couture pieces may take longer; we will confirm your timeline when you order.

Delivery within the UAE

• Orders under AED 1,000: AED 13, delivered by EMX
• Orders of AED 1,000 and above: free delivery (UAE only)
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch
• We deliver to your door; we do not deliver to PO Boxes

International delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Choose your country at checkout to see the shipping price for your order. Free delivery does not apply to international orders, whatever the order value; the DHL rate below is charged on every international order.

• GCC and Levant (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon): AED 110, usually 1–2 business days after dispatch
• UK, Europe, USA, Canada, South Asia and Asia-Pacific: AED 155, usually 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Rest of the world: AED 255, usually 3–5 business days after dispatch

You will receive a DHL tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs duties and import taxes

Prices on our website do not include import duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your country. If any apply, they are collected by DHL or your local customs authority and paid by the recipient on delivery. These charges vary by country and order value; please check with your local customs office if you are unsure. If an order is refused because of import charges, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@shehna.com or on WhatsApp +971 50 124 2145, with photos.
