The original general chart is retained below for reference. For personal-fit requests, use the garment-specific checklist on the product page. Jumpsuits also need torso and leg measurements; jackets need the arm measurements appropriate to their construction.
Abaya length by height
Use height in centimetres as a reference and confirm your preferred finished length. Body size and garment length are separate choices.
Abaya finished garment measurements
In this existing chart, bust and waist are laid-flat widths from one side, not full body circumferences. Sleeves are measured from neck to wrist. Do not mix these values with the body-size charts or shoulder-to-wrist measurements above.

Design & product details
Enlightened Harmony brings together three Qalb pieces: a plain linen tunic, linen trousers with contrasting printed silk, and a sheer hooded organza bolero. The layered silhouette combines the ease of linen with the movement of a long, flowing organza back.
What is included
- Asal Sleeveless Linen Tunic: a plain, relaxed linen tunic with a rounded neckline, a shorter front and a longer back.
- Raah Linen & Silk Harem Trousers: generously cut linen trousers with printed silk side insertions and narrow ankle cuffs, shown here in their gathered harem silhouette.
- Falak Hooded Organza Bolero Abaya: a printed silk organza layer with an attached hood, a short open bolero front, voluminous puff sleeves and a full-length, sweeping back.
This complete-look listing includes all three garments together. Jewellery, footwear and any other styling accessories shown in the photographs are not included.
Shape and movement
The bolero is deliberately shorter at the front, leaving the tunic and trousers visible, while its long organza back falls into a fluid, cape-like drape. The sleeves belong to the Falak bolero; the Asal tunic underneath is sleeveless.
Raah has a loose, gathered harem shape rather than a straight-leg cut. Contrasting printed silk runs along the sides, and the leg volume gathers into narrow cuffs at the ankles.
Size and length
Available in Small, Medium and Large. Select your size, then enter your preferred finished garment lengths in inches in the Note / Any Special Requests field before adding to your bag. You may also leave your height to help us confirm the lengths with you.
Print placement
Printed sections are cut from different areas of the same fabric, so motif placement may vary from the photographs. The fabric and overall colour palette remain the same. Colour may appear slightly different with lighting and screen settings.

If you would like us to check your fit using your own measurements, select one of the available size options and enter the relevant measurements below in the Note / Any Special Requests field before adding to your bag. State whether every value is in centimetres or inches. Any personal-fit adjustment is subject to confirmation before cutting.
Provide body measurements, not another garment's flat widths. Do not add extra looseness allowance; the atelier will assess the design's ease. Enter desired finished lengths separately. Shoulder and sleeve dimensions are taken personally, not assumed from a standard S–L sleeve chart.
Body measurements for the complete look
- Full bust circumference
- Natural waist circumference
- Full hip circumference
- Shoulder width: shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back
- Waist circumference at the intended waistband position, if different
- Fullest upper-thigh circumference
- Seated crotch depth: vertical side distance from natural waist to a flat, firm chair seat while sitting upright
- Ankle circumference where the cuff will sit
- Upper-arm circumference at the fullest part
- Wrist circumference
- Arm length: shoulder tip to wrist, with the elbow slightly bent
Also provide your height without shoes. For a floor-length piece, tell us the heel height you plan to wear.
Finished lengths and garment-specific details
Asal sleeveless tunic
- Requested finished front length: high shoulder point beside the base of the neck to front hem
- For a high-low style: requested finished back length from the corresponding high shoulder point to back hem
Asal is sleeveless; no sleeve measurements are needed.
Raah harem trousers
- Requested finished trouser length: top of the intended waistband to the desired hem, measured down the side
Do not measure the garment's dropped crotch as a body rise. Any inside-leg measurement requested later is from the natural crotch to the ankle, not the finished harem inseam.
Falak bolero abaya
- Requested short front length: high shoulder point to front hem
- Requested long back length: corresponding high shoulder point to back hem
The cropped bolero front, puff sleeves and full-length back retain their original shape.
Shared body measurements only need to be entered once. Label each requested length with the garment name so we can apply it to the correct piece.
How to measure
- Measure over the undergarments you normally wear, with a soft tape comfortably snug, not tight. Keep circumference measurements level.
- Bust: around the fullest part. Natural waist: where the body bends at the waist. Full hip: around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
- Circumferences are full measurements around the body, never half-widths. Shoulder width is across the back from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.
- Arm length starts at the shoulder tip, not at the neck. Keep the elbow slightly bent. Dress and top lengths start at the high shoulder point beside the base of the neck; trouser and skirt lengths start at the top of the intended waistband.
- Use one unit throughout and label it cm or inches. If a measurement is unclear, contact us rather than guess.
Every piece is made to order and dispatched within about two weeks. UAE delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery takes 10–15 working days after dispatch. Free shipping on UAE orders over 1,000 AED. A flat shipping fee of 100 AED applies to all international orders. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your destination country are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility on delivery.
All pieces at Fashion by Shehna are made to order — built specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives faulty, let us know within 14 days with a clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue. We will arrange a repair or replacement and cover the return shipping.
